24 hours service – unique in Scotland

To manage our emergency work contracts, Alpha developed a unique 24 hour/365 day office-based service five years ago, though we have provided on-call cover for the last 10 years. The use of this service has now extended to a number of Police Forces and other emergency services which need to access interpreting outside of normal business hours. Whilst this service is available for anyone to use, we do encourage statutory service providers to consider entering into a service agreement to obtain all aspects of this support system.

It does exactly what it says, as we have linguists throughout the country who are prepared to accept assignments at any hour of the day or night, including weekends and public holidays.
