Our Focus on Quality Keeping focused on quality, our Project Managers only take on assignments which they are certain they can deliver to a high standard. Attention to detail is a characteristic of each project. Our bespoke IT systems ensure all operations are monitored through to completion and client satisfaction, and our Project Managers maintain close communication with linguists and clients at all stages of assignments. Alpha applies stringent levels of monitoring and evaluation to sustain our high quality of service. We only assign native speaking linguists, and keep a comprehensive record of our linguist’s qualifications, training and security vetting. All translations are proofread by independent linguists before they are delivered to the client. Our Experience During our 10 years of experience, our office staff and linguists have been exposed to a diverse client base with specific and individual requirements. This has equipped them with valuable knowledge of the language needs of a wide variety of industry sectors. Our linguists have also gained translating/interpreting skills unique to certain industries, including industry-specific terminology. Our office staff, having grown in number, now specialise in different industry sectors. Various training programmes, language skill updates, terminology sharing, sponsorship for further education and ongoing support tools are invested in, for the development of our linguists. Our linguists possess memberships with organisations such as IOL (Chartered Institute of Linguists) and ITI (Institute of Translation and Interpreting) and are registered with NRPSI (National Register of Public Service Interpreters).
